Jared Guberman is senior counsel at Etcheverry Harrison LLP.  Mr. Guberman has over ten years of experience in construction and civil/commercial litigation.

Mr. Guberman obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management, cum laude, from the University of West Georgia in 2008, and then attained his Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University in 2013.

At the University of West Georgia, Mr. Guberman was a Division II All-America Kicker and All-Conference Punter while making the Gulf South Conference All-Academic Football Team. In turn, Jared was inducted into the University of West Georgia Athletics Hall of Fame. While in law school, Mr. Guberman was a member of Nova Law Review, President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, recipient of the CALI Award for the Highest Grade in Evidence, and received Dean’s List Honors.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Guberman has represented community associations, developers, contractors, subcontractors, product manufacturers, material suppliers, and sureties in a variety of construction and civil/commercial litigation matters in both state and federal court.

Mr. Guberman is admitted to practice law in Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
