Jeffrey Geller is a Partner having joined the Firm in 2003. Formerly of several large nationwide and Florida firms, Mr. Geller joined the firm with the intent of providing exceptional, “large firm” service while developing more personalized relationships with his clients.

Mr. Geller concentrates his practice in the areas of complex litigation involving surety and fidelity matters, construction and insurance claims arising therefrom, and other commercial disputes. Although a seasoned litigator, Mr. Geller’s practice focuses not only on prevailing in trial and/or arbitration, but in avoiding the need for such proceedings. As such, Mr. Geller works closely with his clients in the pre-litigation setting to resolve complex construction matters, including negotiating takeovers, tenders and “buy outs”.

Mr. Geller graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in 1992 and received his J.D., magna cum laude, in 1995 from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was a McDoughall Scholar, Deans Honor Scholar, member of the University of Miami Law Review, and inducted into the Order of the Coif.

Mr. Geller is AV Rated by Martindale Hubbell.
