Justin Etcheverry is an associate at Etcheverry Harrison, LLP and joined the Firm in 2018. Since graduating law school, in 2017, Mr. Etcheverry has focused his practice in surety, fidelity, construction, and commercial litigation.
Mr. Etcheverry received his undergraduate degree in Finance, magna cum laude, from the Florida State University in 2014. Thereafter, he earned his law degree from Indiana University Maurer School of Law.
At Indiana University, Mr. Etcheverry was a merit-based full scholarship recipient, served as the Vice-President of The Business and Law Society, and received Dean’s Honors in 2016 and 2017.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Etcheverry practiced construction law by representing general contractors, subcontractors, and other business entities as it related to their construction or commercial disputes. Further, Mr. Etcheverry served as a judicial intern for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida and as certified legal intern for the Nonprofit Legal Clinic at Indiana University.
